Anna Vagg

Anna brings more than 18 years of international experience in the lighting industry, along with a genuine passion for helping teams and businesses work better together. As a people focused leader, she enjoys creating clarity, simplifying processes, and supporting the organisation as it grows and evolves.

In her role as Business Operations Manager, Anna leads the marketing function and oversees product activities, supplier relationships, and the company’s IT and communication systems. She also provides key reporting and insights to senior leadership and works closely with the sales team on tenders, proposals, and value management documentation.

Anna is known for her collaborative style and her ability to connect with people across all areas of the business. She takes pride in improving the way teams work, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to strong, sustainable outcomes for the company.

Outside of work, Anna is a proud basketball mum who spends many weekends courtside cheering on her kids. She also loves exploring new places with her family and enjoys discovering new design ideas, beautiful spaces and moments worth photographing.
