Steve Tanner brings extensive industry experience and a strong commercial mindset to his role as Business Consultant at HI Lighting. With a specialised background in sports lighting, Steve plays a key role in strengthening HI Lighting’s capability in this rapidly growing sector.
Throughout his career, Steve has worked closely with councils, sporting clubs, contractors and consultants, guiding projects from early feasibility through to delivery. His deep understanding of sports lighting standards, compliance requirements and performance outcomes allows him to provide strategic advice that supports both technical excellence and commercial value.
Beyond his professional life, Steve is a proud father to 3 boys, Onka-Valley Football Club Life Member & Coach, and lives’ a double life working as a full time SAMFS Firefighter.
